This lash extension training is led by a licensed cosmetologist and certified Xtreme Lash Trainer. The Hands-On Training is a full 8 hour comprehensive and cutting-edge program.   Blink by Lash-A places an emphasis on maintaining the health, safety and satisfaction of your clients. Our goal is to prepare you to become a highly successful Eyelash Extension Professional. We will not send you out the door after the Hand-On Workshop and hope for the best. Blink by Lash-A will assist you through the whole training process and guide you into the very profitable eyelash extension business. You will also receive one free shadowing with your Trainer so you can grasp the complete application of a live client.

1^ST Half

Kit Overview – Understanding how to properly hold the tweezers, dispense adhesive and lash isolation, eye pad placement etc.
Sanitary Practices – Rules and regulations, Proper Hygiene practices, Sanitation guidelines following the Health Code 
WorkStation Setup- Every minute counts!! 

Trainer Demonstration
Practice on a Mannequin head
12:30-1:30 – Break/Snack/Purchase additional supplies

2^nd Half
Business tips – Overview of good business practice so you can have returning clients, Advertising on Social media and Marketing

Student will demonstrate the technique and lash on a live model

Q&A – Address any questions/concerns

2 Styles to Learn

• Premade Mink Fans 

Classic Lashes are applied 1 x 1 to the base of the natural lash.  With mink extensions, you’ll get a light, fluffy and soft natural look. The classic lashes are thinner than the other types of lash extensions and are requested mostly to add length.

Pre-Made Mink Fan Lashes range from (2D-5D) and are designed for an easy application of volume eyelash extensions.  They can be used to create a natural, full or dramatic look based on the fan selected.  

Most requested for length & volume and to create the HYBRID look.
